Đầu tiên, trộn kĩ 3g muối, 200g đường, 10g bơ, 1 muỗng cà phê vani và 2 trứng gà lại với nhau rồi rây từ từ 360g bột mì vào và trộn tiếp đến khi thành hỗn hợp nhuyễn mịn.
Sau đó mới cho 150g sữa béo vào trộn kĩ.
Chia hỗn hợp bánh vào 2/3 mỗi khuôn và đem nướng ở 150 độ C trong khoảng 10 phút. Khi thấy bánh vàng ươm, phồng lên và có mùi thơm là bánh đã chín.
Để làm phần topping, trộn đều 1/2 muỗng cà phê vani, 100g bơ, 100g đường và 180g kem phô mai lại với nhau.
Dùng dao thật sắt khoét đỉnh bánh theo hình chóp để làm nón cho người tuyết.
Cho kem vừa làm vào phần trống của bánh cupcake, sau đó lấy miếng bánh hình chóp đậy ngược lên làm nón.
Cuối cùng, gắn thêm kẹo dẻo nhiều màu lên xung quanh phần kem, đính chocolate chips hình mắt, mũi, miệng là đã hoàn thành rồi!
