Bật trước lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 200C/430F. Làm sạch gà, thấm khô. Trộn đều sốt bơ mè, nước tương, muối trong tô, cho thịt gà và mè trắng vào. Đổ bột ra bột cái dĩa. Tẩm gà với bột rồi xếp lên khay nướng đã được tráng 1 lớp dầu mỏng. Nướng gà trong 12 phút rồi lấy ra khỏi lò.
Trở mặt gà rồi nướng thêm 5 phút nữa. Trong lúc đó, bạn cho tất cả nguyên liệu trong phần sốt gà trộn đều với nhau. Bắc chảo lên bếp, cho vào 1 ít dầu ăn, phi thơm tỏi rồi rót tô sốt vào, vừa đun vừa khuấy đều cho đến khi phần sốt đặc lại là tắt bếp. Rưới phần sốt này lên gà khi gà đã nướng xong.
Rắc thêm hành lá băm hay mè rang tùy thích lên mặt gà để dùng với cơm trắng nha. Hương vị khó quên của món gà nướng mật ong mè này hẳn sẽ làm gia đình bạn mê mẩn luôn. Cùng vào bếp trổ tài với món này thôi
