Trong một cái tô trộn chịu nhiệt, bạn trộn đều đường, bột bắp, bột cacao và muối cho tới khi hòa hợp, rót 1/2 chén sữa tươi nguyên kem vào rồi đánh đều. Dùng màng bọc thực phẩm đậy lại.

Cho hỗn hợp vào lò vi sóng trong 3 phút, sau đó lấy ra, bỏ màng bọc thực phẩm, dùng cây đánh bột tiếp tục trộn đều. Cuối cùng cho tô hỗn hợp vào quay thêm 30 giây nữa rồi lấy ra trộn đều, hỗn hợp sẽ đặc lại khi nguội.

Bạn chia pudding ra những cốc, ly, dụng cụ đựng rồi thêm bơ, chocolate chips, tinh chất vani lên trên, cho vào ngăn mát tủ lạnh để làm mát. Khi dùng chỉ việc lấy ra và thưởng thức.
