Bánh hấp nhân thịt là một món ăn rất ngon với vỏ bánh mềm, nhân với vị béo thơm của thịt và đậu xanh, kết hợp với nước sốt tương ớt của CHIN-SU. Đây sẽ là một gợi ý thú vị cho bữa ăn tối bên gia đình nếu bạn chưa biết nấu món gì.
Thịt rửa sạch băm nhuyễn, đậu xanh hấp hoặc luộc chín, nấm mèo ngâm trong nước 3 phút cắt bỏ đầu rửa sạch, bằm nhỏ. Cho dầu ăn vào chảo, phi thơm hành, tỏi, cho thịt bằm xào sơ, rồi cho nấm mèo vào.
Cho đậu xanh vào xào, cho 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 10ml nước tương CHIN-SU, 10ml dầu hào xào đều. khi thấy chín, ta cho 30gr hành lá vào xào sơ, rồi tắt bếp.
Cho bột gạo ra tô, sau đó đổ bột năng vào cho 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối, đổ 130ml nước sôi vào trộn đều, nặn thành 1 khối, ủ bột trong 30 phút.
Lấy 1 ít bột ra vo tròn rồi cán mỏng cho nhân vào bánh gấp lại, cuộn thành hình bông hoa.
Cho bánh vào nồi hấp tầm 20 phút. Cho vào xoong 50ml nước tương CHIN-SU, 45ml dầu hào, đổ 300ml nước đun cho sôi.
Để bánh ra dĩa, chế nước tương, dầu hào đã đun sôi vào bánh, rắc thêm chút hành lá và thưởng thức.
