Tận dụng dầu ăn trong chảo cho gừng và tỏi băm vào đảo đều cho thơm. Sau đó cho tôm vào rang đều. Tiếp đến cho chén sốt đã pha vào, đảo đều cho sốt cạn, áo đều lên tôm thì tắt bếp.
