Tôm luộc chín, bóc vỏ. Dưa leo thái mỏng. Cà rốt gọt vỏ, rửa sạch, bào sợi. Xà lách rửa sạch, thái nhỏ. Pha nước trộn gỏi: cho giấm táo, nước mắm, nước cốt chanh, mật ong, tỏi băm trộn đều với nhau. Khi ăn bạn rưới nước trộn vào phần rau củ và tôm luộc, trồn đều. Rắc đậu phộng rang, rau thơm lên là hoàn thành.
