Lấy bột ra chia thành những viên nhỏ, cỡ 50-80g tùy theo khẩu phần ăn của mỗi người. Vê bột tròn đều, tạo mặt bánh nhẵn mịn. Ủ bột đợt 2 bằng cách phủ 1 lớp nilon lên mặt bánh hoặc cho hẳn khay bánh vào 1 túi nilon to hơn để ủ tiếp thêm 30 phút hoặc đến khi thấy bột nở gấp đôi là được.
Bât lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 180 trước 10 phút. Trong lúc đó khuấy đều 1 trứng với 2-3 muỗng canh nước, đánh tan, phết đều lên mặt bánh, rắc mè trắng đều lên mặt bánh. Nướng khoảng 15 phút hoặc đến khi thấy mặt bánh vàng đều là được.
